Having had a terrible cosmetic dentistry experience with another dentist in Bristol a few years ago - I was pretty nervous to start the process again. A fantastic practice. I have had a dental issue for the last 25 years and have been to many dental surgery and paid various amounts but have never been satisfied with the outcome. I was recommend Oatland Dental Lounge by a friend and booked an Appointment with Neil. Neil was so understanding of my situation and understood what was needed to be done within the first visit. My situation was unique and very complicated. He made a plan and explained ever aspect, so I knew what was going to happen. He knew I was in a desperate situation as I was unable to eat but did not take advantage. He was patient with my needs and did not rush the situation. When things didn't feel right with my teeth he made sure everything was corrected and I was 100% comfortable before he completed my work. I was very impressed by his work ethic, compassion and empathy. Thank you very much Neil.

Four years ago I would not even step into a dentists due to my fear and anxiety which was mainly due to previous poor dentistry work I had experienced elsewhere. This anxiety meant I did not go to any dentist for many years and due to this my teeth were in a very poor condition, I suffered from gum disease, had many broken and missing teeth and was in a lot of pain. Neil and his team were very reassuring and kept me calm and within just a few sessions I was able to attend treatments without any fear at all. After many sessions I now have healthy gums and amazing teeth that I never thought possible at the start. Having experienced some very painful dentistry when I was younger, I was extremely nervous about embarking on a programme of extensive treatment. I need not have worried. Neil was very generous with his time, going to great lengths to explain each step of the treatment, to answer my questions and to provide reassurance.
